Heat Pump Install

This is the third time I have used AAVCO and they have provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. My furnace and AC died so I had them install a heat pump. The increased the size of the ductwork on the return as whoever had installed it before hadn't allowed the correct amount of air to be returned. I would recommend them without reservation.

Leaking Water Heater Repair

Called the company to address a leaking issue from our water heater in the garage. They were prompt in sending a technician right away. Jacob Diaz gave me options on which water heating system to go for, the pros and cons of each system. He was professional and shared his take on each system. He wasn't pushy and gave me time to think which one is best for me. I would recommend AAVCO.

Faucet Repair & Installation

Jacob came to the house to repair the hallway bathroom upstairs. The knob was broken, the pressure was low and the temp was off. He fixed the entire problem, even leaving to get a new part, in about one hour’s time. I mentioned to him that it was so dark upstairs due to a lightbulb being too high for me to change on the ceiling. I thought he just packed that comment away but after we said our good-byes, he returned with a super tall ladder and changed the lightbulb. That was super courteous and I’m very appreciative. Jacob was personable, kind and patient. I’m very grateful for his high level of professionalism. Side note: he wore shoe covers. Huge plus since it is raining today.

Excellent & Professional Service

Excellent service, timely, clean uniform and very professional. The plumber, Jacob, was polite and friendly. This is the second emergency call I've had with them in 9 years. They still had my records on file! Impressive! We file our receipts, too. Jacob told me the plumber, Fred, who helped us 9 years ago is still on the job. This visit was just as pleasant as the first. Equally important, the dispatcher (who was also polite) was able to route Jacob to our door quickly. We didn't have to wait until the following day. Their entire operation is computerized. We also received an email copy of our receipt, and Jacob gave me one of his business cards. Thanx folks!

You're technician Francisco and his assistant were fantastic explain the process of cleaning up my tankless water heater showed me what came out of it and checked my faucets after completing the process to ensure hot water was coming out

Moved Kitchen Gas Lines

They get the job done quickly and clean up. All of the guys are amazing, they have done multiple jobs for us. Today we had Mario and Keith out both are super sweet and get the work done quickly. We needed a gas line moved for a kitchen remodel. We have had AAVCO out for an A/C compressor replacement as well.

Central Unit Install

Oscar and Mario did a great job installing my new central unit and taking out the old swamp cooler even that they were working in a very small attic. Very communicative and professional. I was very satisfied with their services. They did their part of the installation as agreed.

Leaking Irrigation Pipe

I had a leak from the underground irrigation pipe that went undetected for more than a month. When I called AAVCO one evening and left a message with the answering service, they got back to me within a few minutes and scheduled a visit for next morning. Within 3 working days, the issue was detected and fixed. Technicians Javier and Kevin were very knowledgeable and prompt with their work. They were also pleasant and professional. My sister has been using this company for a few years now. So far I'm happy with their service m and hope that my impression does not change in future.

Jacob Diaz came out to service our system that had already gone through several repairs in the past.
